Owners and company information.

Havgul Clean Energy AS is owned by a number of private companies. Several of these are directly linked to the partners and the employed in the company.

In addition Havgul Clean Energy AS is owned by a Swedish/American investment fund, Sustainable Technologies Fund, STF . Behind this fund is, among others, the third and sixth AP fund (AP fund are several public pension funds which has existed in Sweden since the beginning of the 1960’s). In december 2010, the VC company Investinor AS bought into the company. Investinor AS is owned by the Norwegian state, investing in internationally oriented competitive Norwegian companies in the early growth and expansion stages.
